As we are unbound from the past,
a future abundant with new possibilities unfolds.
Our ability to be in the present expands, revealing the timeless essence of the ‘now.’

Somatic Regulation & Resilience

An integrated somatic approach to relieving suffering rooted in early developmental trauma.

Trauma that occurs in early life, during early developmental stages, can have life-long ripple effects.  Experiences in utero, and in the days, months, and years following birth, have a profound impact on our ability to find comfort in ourselves and in the world around us.

As we age, these early traumas get disguised because we prioritize a need to move through the world and meets its expectations.  In order to continue developing, we brilliantly compartmentalize adverse experiences and move forward.  Reliably, over time, our body tires from the efforts of compartmentalizing energy in the body and disease can develop.

We all want to feel well.  Skillful Somatic Regulation & Resilience therapy can support the physiological desire for wellness.  Practicing the skilled teaching of Kathy Kain and Stephen Terrell, resolution of early developmental trauma is possible.
